Child Evangelism Fellowship of Washington
To reach the children of Washington with the Gospel of Jesus Christ
Who We Are
Child Evangelism Fellowship is a Bible-centered organization composed of born-again believers whose purpose is to evangelize boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and to establish (disciple) them in the Word of God and in a local church for Christian living.
We partner with believers in three key functions: clubs, training, and youth ministries. We hope you enjoy exploring our site and learning about who we are, what we do, and how YOU can help!
What We Do
Pursuing the next generation for the Gospel
We are called to gather together and create community. Thus, our primary ministries are the Good News Club and the 5-Day Club.
These ministries take place in neighborhood settings such as homes, backyards, schools and community centers all over the world. These fast-paced, one-hour programs are designed to bring the Gospel of Christ to children on their level in their environment.
A Call to Act
Training Christians to effectively evangelize to children has been core to our ministry since it was founded in 1937. We offer it throughout the US and around the world through seminars, conferences, and formal courses. The Children's Ministries Institute (CMI) is one such course providing quality, practical training for those called by God to take the Gospel message to children.
Kaleidoscope of Outreach
Along with clubs, CEF also has fair, camping, open-air, and Internet ministries to the next generation. One major part of our year is Christian Youth In Action, a program that challenges and equips young believers to share their faith in their daily lives. We convene annually in June in our Washington State chapter. Come and take part or volunteer with us!
What You Can Do
There’s more than one way that you can help. Whether you enjoy volunteering a few hours here and there, want to consider a career in child evangelism, or want to support in prayer and donations, we gladly welcome you.
Do you have time and a way to serve? The first step to getting involved is to contact your local staff. Washington is a big state, and we have 16 chapters so head over to our contact page to find your nearest locality.
